Bad service! So called internationale professionals? They need to look it up in the dictionary. Very racial, cause when me and my wife entered the shop, they looked down on us. Just cause we we are black? The young girl is only interested in posting on Instagram and not in the customer.

The day before our repair appointment, a voicemail was left just before closing time, rescheduling the appointment from the afternoon to the early morning. Returning calls was impossible. A remarkable way to make and schedule appointments.

Bought a house with a central heating boiler previously installed by Van Nes. It was located at the top of the stairwell. During the annual maintenance (which also involved some scheduling errors), the technician refused to service the boiler because it was in an awkward spot. I understand, and from an occupational health and safety perspective, I would refuse, but why was the boiler installed in that corner, while the previous owner had properly maintained it?! They even took some photos as a joke, because the young technicians had never seen a boiler in that location before. The invoice was inaccurate, and subsequent appointments were also chaotically scheduled. The fact that the boiler is in this location is our problem. The company that installed it is ignoring the situation. There was never an explanation, a shred of responsibility, or an apology. Someone came by to prepare a quote for a new boiler, but the quote was never sent. A new annual maintenance appointment was scheduled today, yet the service is being refused. After an email, we were removed from the system. Strange way of doing things. No sense of responsibility, and the back office doesn't communicate effectively with the field workers either.

The advice and styling are truly excellent. Unfortunately, they often miss appointments or arrive late. Communication and scheduling are terrible. Often, you're left waiting for nothing, or they make you wait for 45 minutes.
