The roof is leaking. Last year's snowfall caused several slabs to collapse. Inspection revealed that half of the slabs are too small, with a bearing capacity of only 5mm. The slabs also fill with rainwater, resulting in dirt residue. All in all, it's a poor situation. Unfortunately, you don't discover the leaks and the undersized slabs until later, as initially you still have faith.

Does not honor agreements. I went to great lengths to create a sketch and dimensions for them and am receiving no response or quote. They have simply forgotten about me. Unprofessional. Other companies (which I have fortunately also contacted), on the other hand, do honor their agreements. Furthermore, a quote for a company like this is certainly prepared within 3 hours. It is also truly absurd that they say you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks. And then still receive nothing.

I've called them several times but haven't heard back. They don't keep their promises. Almost everything has gone to shit. I can't easily use my sliding walls. The wheels break easily. Not suitable for the hospitality industry.

They don't keep their appointments. They're difficult to reach. They do half-assed work and aren't neatly finished. They're still missing parts. Sudden extra charges even though a fixed price was agreed upon beforehand. Don't go there!
