I called to see if they could pressurize our Daikin air conditioning system. Their website states that they are an official Daikin installer. The woman I spoke to immediately stated that they only work on systems they've installed themselves. The only technician available probably didn't have time, but she said she'd check it out. I never heard back. They clearly don't want any extra work and won't bother to help anyone. But at least let me know.

They keep going until the job is done! During the replacement of my boiler, there were some problems (the pipework was old and therefore not sturdy enough). But they kept going until the evening to complete the job properly.
