We ordered a Dakkapell and we were informed that it would arrive 2nd week in October 2019, it arrived in February 2020. They missed one of the outlet pipes and I had to pay extra to someone else to fix, they said it was both of our mistake, but they are the professionals, you would think. Anyway they would not accept any responsibility and threatened me with debt collection, they wouldn't even discuss. So I covered their mistake.. I would never recommend them.

We're thrilled with our new dormer! Thanks to the configuration on Van Hattem's website, we were able to schedule an appointment. They came by to measure everything and provide a quote. After we approved the quote, they came back again to accurately measure everything and review the quote. We needed a drawing for the permit, which Van Hattem arranged perfectly, and the municipality approved immediately. We waited two months, and then the day arrived... a new dormer! Three professionals came and installed the dormer in half a day. Quickly and accurately. We will definitely buy our next dormer here again. Highly recommended!
