Shutters looked good for a few months then in 2 out of the 4 rooms where installed they became covered in unsightly cracks which has become worse overtime and now they look really awful. They agreed to replace the shutter on one window (the smallest one) and refuse to replace the other one and are demanding we pay for an entire new shutter even though its still in warranty, they are using water damage excuses which is completely incorrect a poor excuse. Beware that this so called warranty is a lie and these Chinese manufactured shutters are very poor quality. Dont waste your money on these shutters. Very disappointed.

We are extremely happy with our purchase! We received excellent advice at home, good quality shutters, professional installation, and friendly and professional staff. The only issue we encountered was the long time between measuring (November 15, 2023) and installation (April 23-24, 2024), almost five months, but good work usually takes time! However, we were kept informed of the progress. In short, we are extremely satisfied with the result!

To date, after having reviewed this company for 3 months, I have not had contact even once, only a review in return stating that they cannot offer any compensation free of charge. Absolutely terrible; they don't even come to look or try to find a solution. When I look at my black blinds from the outside, I think it is a disaster; this shouldn't happen with quality products. And no, Mr. Van Eyck, we do not have mirrored glass or film on our glass. Bad service; we regret it.
