Almost all the windows on the ground floor were replaced in a single day by friendly guys. After cleaning the windows, unfortunately, several scratches were discovered. One large one and a few small ones. Not a disaster, but we expect new windows to be in like-new condition: certainly for the relatively high prices. The finish was also disappointing in some areas. For example, black sealant was used through white sealant. To date, we have found the communication regarding the foregoing to be disappointing. For instance, there is no response to emails and/or WhatsApp, and so far, no attempt has been made to increase customer satisfaction.

I've been waiting for almost 10 years for a skylight to be finished in the roof of our farmhouse. Leaks started appearing fairly quickly after installation. After several calls, they came to fix the leaks, but the skylight still leaked. After that, I called several times, sent emails, called again, received promises that Mr. Van Essen would call back, sent more emails, and finally threatened to call a lawyer, but still no response. There are now traces of moisture everywhere in the woodwork around the skylight, and it's possible there's more rot. I think they're a good company for installing simple double glazing, but they can't handle more complex jobs and then they completely fail.
