Last Wednesday, I was faced with a leak... Van Dijk was at my doorstep that afternoon and finished the demolition and installation of new pipes today. They kept their promises and worked very neatly on the house, leaving it clean and tidy...in short, highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. Last month, I had my 2024 boiler serviced. According to the website, the cost was €106.00 excluding VAT. Without any prior information, they charged for a co-inspection and replacement of the sealing ring. This was for a new boiler! My advice is to include these costs in the maintenance section so the costs are known upfront. The quote should be transparent! Unfortunately, I received a negative response.

After Stedin disconnected the neighborhood's power for maintenance, our heat pump broke down. Van Dijk Installations reported the issue to the manufacturer for me, and they came by to repair it. The circuit board was burned at one point; it's unclear whether this was caused by the power outage. However, everything was repaired, and we now have sustainably heated water again. Thanks, Van Dijk Installations.
