We've been waiting for a quote for two months now and expressed our dissatisfaction. Harm van Dijk's response: "Oh, well, I'll cancel your maintenance subscription then." That's ridiculous. You make it clear in a conversation that you're very disappointed you're still waiting for the quote. He can't stand the criticism and simply terminates the contract immediately and moves on. This isn't a company you can rely on, as it turns out! Relationships apparently mean nothing to him.

After installing the boiler, the system malfunctioned too quickly. The installer didn't respond without a contract. Unreliable and not ready to assist.
