Unfortunately, this real estate agent never has time. After calling six times and making numerous excuses, I was never able to reach him. He was unable to attend the viewing, but one of the operators was present. He was also unable to attend the final inspection, and no other agent was available. In short, during the purchase of my property, I never reached or spoke to the agent, no matter how hard I tried. He kept giving me the excuse, "He'll call you back, I'll put it in the internal email now, so nothing can go wrong," and so on. Fortunately, the seller was very friendly, and I was able to submit my questions there. This purchase would have been better without an agent; less frustration, just as much work, and cheaper too.
