The company's technician was scheduled to arrive between 12-3pm. He arrived at 3:15, but I already left the house at 3:10. The company charged me 30 euro for not being at home. When I spoke with them they told me I should have called them and notify that I am going out (after the time window that we scheduled). It this really how respectable companies work here? This is just unbelievable

DO NOT TRUST!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!! 1 star is too much for them! You better not mess with them! They send me 200 EURO invoice after coming to check my Central Heating when it was having an error code and asked for letting me know what could be wrong and if they can fix it. They COULDN'T find the issue, they COULDN'T solve the error code, they COULDN'T fix it at all, they JUST CLEAN THE DUST on my central heating but nothing changed, issus still there and they asked such a ridiculous amount of money plus transportation costs of more than 50 euros, worse than a taxi company. When I contacted them and told I'm not happy with their service, that they didn't do anything of what I was expecting and I've requested and that they COULDN'T even say what's wrong and and that I don't agree to pay that amount they sent this to an enforcement company to force me to pay even more ... So you better not mess with them for not getting into trouble. Of course I DO NOT recommend them even to my enemies, such companies should be investigated by the authorities! I will look forward to find if there's a customer protection company to defend my case...

I've had good experiences with them in the past when they serviced my boiler. Unfortunately, this time they came and it turned out the boiler needed replacing. No problem, I knew it was old. What I do have a problem with is that they charged me €45 for a 8.2 km trip from Mijdrecht to Vinkeveen and back. That's a complete scam!
