On October 6th, we went to Jan van den Hazel Kitchens in Lelystad to view a new kitchen. The friendly attention and the extremely professional manner in which the salesperson (Jules) asked us about our wishes for our new kitchen made it possible. Two hours later, we had our desired vision embodied on a beautiful 3D rendering. And that's how the kitchen became. It was exactly what we wanted, and the next day we were able to expand it even further, which Jan, the company director, handled just as efficiently as his top salesperson, Jules. The process felt very familiar, and we decided to make this major purchase with this kitchen company. It was agreed that the kitchen would be delivered on Monday, December 14th, and installed on the 15th and 16th by their own professionals, which I also appreciated. The kitchen was delivered promptly on that Monday, and our kitchen fitter called at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. This turned out to be SUPER THEO, and this man went about his work in a very professional manner. I worked in technical services for 35 years as an all-around craftsman, but this Theo was truly a master at installing kitchens. The calm and precision he exuded during this large job, because we had purchased a large kitchen, was wonderful to experience. The total time was 2.5 days, and the kitchen was beautiful. I consider this man a true craftsman, and not a single door was even half a millimeter out of place. We are therefore very satisfied with the service and the treatment of the people at the kitchen center, but the highlight is the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of this kitchen installer. We highly recommend going to Van de Hazel for that alone. We are now enjoying our beautiful kitchen from Van de Hazel just before Christmas. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
