Your excellent technician, Mr. Andre, arrived exactly on time and carried out the necessary work very professionally. He also explained how we could use the heating more effectively. I've been a Van de Velde customer for years, purchasing and maintaining my central heating boiler. Everything is always done efficiently and correctly. Even with malfunctions or questions, they're always resolved quickly and efficiently! Friendly staff, from the office to the work itself.

I haven't had a good experience with Van de Velde. They don't keep their appointments! I'll call you back in a minute, or they'll call you back tomorrow morning, which doesn't happen. They also schedule a time for a technician to come, and then call at the end of the scheduled time to say they won't be coming after all, leaving me waiting another afternoon. Or they send someone who doesn't know much about heat pumps. They're all nice people, mind you, so that's not the problem. But... Mark de G is very knowledgeable and friendly, top-notch! Mark deserves 5 stars, but the communication at Van de Velde is terrible, so only 1 star.
