No idea what the negative review is based on, but we're baffled. We've already had VBA Emmen arrange my mortgage twice, all my insurance policies are handled there, and we consistently refer family (sisters, parents, in-laws) and friends to them and they've all been very satisfied. One for a new mortgage, the other for refinancing (so they've got a good handle on things). In short: You can easily have all your financial matters taken care of here. I say "arrange," but it's actually a worry-free experience. The communication is good, the explanations are clear, and the advisors are friendly. In short: Everything you could want in an advisor.

They're probably pretty good and specialized when it comes to mortgages. They're completely clueless about refinancing loans, which completely messed us up. If only they had been honest about this upfront, it would have saved us financial damage.
