I viewed a house with my realtor that Michel was selling. Later, I messaged Michel directly that we wanted to make an offer. That message was sent at 8:45 on Wednesday morning. He didn't respond at all until 9:28 on Thursday. Most importantly, Michel did not say that someone else made an offer that day too. He only said there were other people interested. If Michel had said there was another offer, we would have increased our offer. The seller did not get the highest price they could have. Very unimpressive.

I had a fantastic experience with Brero en Breugem Real Estate. Paul Algera, in particular, was incredibly helpful with the purchase of our dream home and the sale of my current one. From the initial orientation phase, through the purchase and sale, including styling, and even the notary, we had a truly fantastic agent in Paul. Thanks to his expertise and network in Zoetermeer, we secured our dream home in a very overheated market. I hope I never move again now that we have our dream home, but if I were to move again and recommend anyone, it would be Paul.

Unfortunately, we also had a very bad experience with this real estate agent. We don't often write reviews, but in this case, I felt compelled to do so to warn others. We had put our house up for sale through this agent for a sense of professionalism and peace of mind. Due to the many mistakes made by this agent, our house remained on the market for an unnecessarily long time. We constantly had to chase everything ourselves instead of this agent taking responsibility. When we discovered that a potential buyer was not called back with a counter-offer, that was the last straw for us. There had already been multiple mistakes before that because this agent does not create a Move account. Incorrect appointment times were given, arriving late for viewing appointments, etc. We had had enough and switched to another agent. Best choice ever! With this agent, we did receive the professional approach and the peace of mind you expect from hiring a real estate agent. As a result, our house was sold in no time. We second the negative reviews that can be read below and want to warn people to think carefully before doing business with this agent. Unfortunately, we read these reviews too late ourselves, so we had to experience it for ourselves....
