Fortunately, it was resolved properly. Thanks for that. Unfortunately, I called several times and was told they would come by when they were available. Any idea how long it might take, as I've been stuck with a screen that won't lift for a while now? No, that's hard to say. Okay, but should I think weeks or months? No, not months. It's been almost three months now. So I'm going to keep looking and won't be coming back. It's such a shame. I should have told you right away that you're not coming, then I could have started looking for someone else sooner.
