Good communication via email and quick access to adjustments for our installation and other work. What I do find frustrating is that when I have questions and call, the person in question isn't available at the time, and even appointments for a return call seem to be missing. At least technician Diem did a good job.

A great company; they think along with you and, if necessary, find a suitable solution. I'm extremely happy with this company. Very professional people. They installed a new meter box with corresponding connections for induction and a Quooker. I highly recommend this company.

Van Bakel Security renovated the intercom and camera system in our apartment complex in Grave. A new camera and color monitors were installed in the apartments. Technician Rob connected everything to our specifications, so residents can clearly see who is ringing the doorbell in their apartments and on their phones to open the door. Residents in wheelchairs or with walkers can open the door from outside using their phones. A skilled and friendly technician with a lot of patience connected everything and installed an app on the residents' phones. Fantastic! Emails and phone calls to the company were answered promptly and efficiently.

I bought a battery for solar panels, and it works perfectly. Perhaps you should provide customers with more information about how this works when they purchase it. A layperson like myself expects simple things: you have a battery, and when there's no sun, it generates power. But it's not that simple.
