Experts only discovered upon receiving the invoice that they also charge for travel time in addition to call-out fees. This should have been communicated upfront, explaining what they do with the hourly rates and call-out fees. Then the customer would know what to expect and wouldn't be faced with any surprises upon receiving the invoice.

Valk airco came by to see what was possible. Received a quote shortly. After some time, agreed and made an appointment. On the scheduled day, everything was installed neatly as agreed. Everything works fine. Used as supplementary heating in the winter (4 air conditioners); on warm days, the room quickly becomes fresh and cool. It is very quiet and also works great via the app.

We recently requested a quote through the Valk Airco website for two units for our attic rooms. The owner came by fairly quickly to assess our situation. We received excellent advice on the best placement of the units for optimal airflow. They were very helpful. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were excellent, and the work was done efficiently. They used high-quality equipment (Mitsubishi Heavy Industries). The air conditioning worked immediately (quietly), and we are now enjoying our cool attic rooms. Thanks for the excellent service!
