Over 10 years ago, these guys installed uPVC window frames for us. Recently, some of the hardware stopped working properly. They left a voicemail message. They were on vacation. They sent a message saying they'd contact them after their vacation. It was done, and they came from Meppel to Apeldoorn to fix everything. Excellent!
