A very bad experience with this real estate agent. One day after the purchase, hidden defects appeared. After that, the agent refused to respond and, of course, sided with the seller. The service and mediation provided by this agent were completely lacking. Despite all the positive reviews on this site, I feel I need to mention this to warn other buyers to take their time during the inspection and not be rushed by this agent.

Bad experience with this real estate agent. Their writing was riddled with errors. We had to correct them ourselves several times. Furthermore, they didn't actively seek out a potential buyer for our house. They just sat back and waited. Therefore, after waiting a year and a half for viewings, our house at De Boer en ten Hoeve was taken off the market. Deeply disappointed.

If anything is unclear, they explain it in plain language. Thanks in part to Anja's efficient actions (and the strong market), our house was sold within a month, subject to contract.
