We are vary happy with our renovated stairs from Upstairs. From the sales person to the installation team they were very professional. Good quality! It is worth the value.

It started off really nice, where we were offered a visit to our apartment for the renovation of our stairs, with an offer that would follow the visit. The day before the visit, it was confirmed via SMS as a reminder. On the day itself, no one showed up and we didn't hear anything. We tried to call the client services team through 3 different numbers (and 3 different phones) that we could find. We waited for over half an hour to get a response from someone picking up the phone. The response was 'We are sorry, but the consultant that was supposed to visit you is sick today and we forgot to inform you'. Very unprofessional! Especially since we kept our agendas free for this for 3 weeks. We were offered an alternative date for the consultant to visit us. We thanked for that and went to another stairs renovation company. So far that experience has been much better and more professional!

We have had our stairs for a few months and love them. Excellent quality and they are so solid. The Upstairs team were so professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them!

lets start with the positive. consultant at your house very quickly, date to put up the new stairs, set up very quickly, first invoice in very quickly. stairs finally ready, and i am left without any electricity to the lights (also didn't purchase them, as it was one of the offer that got me to choose UPSTAIRS). Consultant never explained that they were not going to install the socket needed for the light, and had to get my own electrician. extra cost that upstairs is not willing to take responsibility for, as they keep refering to the signed contract, also they believe it could have been a language barrier. fact , my Dutch boyfriend was there with me that day. consultant never mentioned i had to organize my own socket for the stairs lights, nor that their workers are not qualified for it. disappointed with the after sales customer service TBH. Customer experience is end 2 end , here they did nothing to make me feel that I wasn't just a paycheck. beware, ask al the questions, don't sign anything till you have the full picture. consultant will put you on the spot with "sign now and i give you a discount".
