After buying our new house, our old one still needed to be sold. After our experience with Arnoud as a buyer's agent, the decision to also use him as our selling agent was an easy one. After a tour of our house, we received some tips on preparing it for sale and estimating the expected return. We rolled up our sleeves and soon the "for sale" sign was up in the front yard. The sales process went quickly: all the questionnaires were completed, the photographer toured the house, and suddenly, our own house was listed on Funda!
