Hello, we are very satisfied with our switch to Univé for all our insurance policies. The mortgage consultation also went very well, with our daughter in Bali at the same time. We gained a good understanding of what is and isn't possible. We are very pleased with the quality, thanks for that.

Hello Matrijs, Univé is incredibly difficult to reach via the 088 number. The menu is far too extensive. Before I could reach anyone, the connection kept dropping. It took me over half an hour. Regards, Henk Lamberts

I was hit by someone who has comprehensive insurance with them. They took my car, and I'm allowed to rent a replacement vehicle. This can cost a maximum of 30 euros per day, but only 75% of that is reimbursed, and only for ten days. So they never reimburse enough to cover the full damage. They told me it takes ten days to review the damage report. So only these days are reimbursed. I then commented on this, because I find it rather strange that I'm the victim, the person who caused the accident has comprehensive insurance, but now they're still facing a claim. How customer-friendly of Univè. But then Univè says, "Well, that's the law." Then I tell Univè, "That doesn't mean you have to adhere strictly to it. That's the law to protect consumers." This is the minimum expected of an insurer, and indeed, they meet it; that doesn't mean it's actually sufficient. In fact, Univè seemed to consider itself very generous by meeting the minimum legal requirement. It suddenly became clear to me why I no longer insure myself with Univè; they're quite tight-lipped there. The employee told me to file a complaint, but by then she was quite irritated and became quite rude when I said I disagreed. However, I can't find a button to file a complaint anywhere, so here's a review. It's the same for me, a bit more annoying for you.

Unreachable. They don't answer the phone. Logging in to their website doesn't work. Bad business.
