I've been with this company for many years. All my insurance policies are with them. Never had to make a claim. But last year I had some bad luck. After moving, I connected an expensive radio to the wrong power source and took it in for repair. Unfortunately, it couldn't be repaired. I called Univé and asked for the receipt. I sent it, and a few days later I was able to order a new one. Great, and it was handled quickly. The reception at the Appingedam office was also friendly and professional. I was recently at the Univé office in Hoogezand to help a friend with a problem; things are done differently there. Sorry, too busy, another customer is waiting. Just send an email to Assen. Even though we had agreed to come to the office. Then I'm happy with the people in Appingedam. Keep up the good work. Big thumbs up from a very satisfied customer. 👍
