Negative: - They arrived late - They came with 2 instead of 3 people - They were not allowed to shake our hands for religious purposes - 2/3 movers were old/unfit - They were so slow that I had to help carrying stuff up and down to be done in 5 hours. - They weren’t able to help me disassemble the base of the closet, which resulted in me cutting through the glue to disassemble it and having to glue the whole thing again, because I didn’t know how to disassemble it properly. - They damaged my closet doors - They didn’t assemble my wasing/dryer tower correctly, the stacking piece is sticking out - They damaged two of the plastic rings on the back of the washing machine - They left the Y piece for connecting both the washing machine & dryer to the sewer in the old apartment, and haven’t told me the dryer wasn’t connected so the dryer started leaking water while using it Positive: - It was done for €880 euros (5 hours, 2-3 movers, ~20km) - They were friendly - They altered the price based on the lower amount of movers, and they made sure to call in an extra mover for the second location after I showed them the mail. - They corrected their mistake after accidentally charging me €50 too much (forgot to distract confirmation costs), without me asking for it - My TV arrived safely, even though I didn’t have the original box anymore - The moving elevator was working well - They were able to manouvre/carry the washing machine out of a small bathroom. - They were able to fit everything in a relatively small truck.

Professionals who take care of everything. Contact was perfect as well. They did an amazing job with moving furniture from one place to the other. Furthermore they are kind. Normally i don't write reviews but this time i do because i would recommend them to everyone i know and am doing so!

Good price for such a good service. Our helper helped us to transfer all of our stuff to our new place. The truck he drove was big enough to carry every thing at once so we didn't have to come back and forth which is perfect. He also helped us to bring every thing upstair to our apartment's door. Great service and highly recommend.

🌟10/10🌟Cannot recomend them enough, they helped me move yesterday and they were so quick and efficient, the communication was phenomenal and they were VERY helpful, within an hour we talked on the phone they were there to help me move and it was in an amazing price too!!!!!! Next time I move I'll definitely give them a call✨
