I never really write reviews, but I feel like I should. In 2018, I bought a house with the understanding that the roof was outdated and needed replacing. In 2019, I had it done by Uniek (they have a freelance roofing contractor). At least, I was under the impression they were actually going to replace the roof. Last December, we discovered leaks in 18 places in our bedroom, so we had another roofing company take a look. It turned out there wasn't a new roof at all, just some newer roofing material over the old one. Another company from the insurance company for ceiling damage also concluded that the work was very poor. The gentleman who did this came by to "repair the leak," but he simply closed off the rainwater drain. In the end, we had to have the entire roof replaced by another company. They also told me how terrible the job was. I feel really ripped off. This company is fine with synthetics as far as I can tell, but roof installation? No. And not taking responsibility either.

My next-door neighbor in the beautiful town of Leek is currently having his entire house fitted with synthetic frames by Uniek. Beautiful window frames and doors of good quality. The men handle the installation very professionally and clean everything up at the end of their shift. My own synthetic doors on my facade are hanging slightly out of plumb. When I came to seek advice from the installation team, two gentlemen took the trouble during their lunch break to take a look at my place. As a service, they adjusted my door. This is what I call service with a capital S. Friendliness and helping people selflessly still exist in this world. These men have certainly made a future customer incredibly happy, and I will definitely pass on the business card to friends and acquaintances. Cherish this kind of staff; they make the company great. Thanks again.
