I had a viewing for an apartment, and was asked to fill out and send a form with my details within 24 hours. I did so, but I heard back from them after 2 months when I contacted them. It was also strange that the agency did not know the main rental requirements from the landlord of the apartment during the viewing.

This is one of the worst experience I had when building a house via project where TW3 was a technical consultant. Impossible to get hold of them, get the answers, consultants are leaving, difficult in communication, but worse of all they missed or made mistakes in the drawings and options we had to pay for.
