I am a returning customer and once again had a great experience. The materials, colors, and styles are beautiful and the quality is outstanding. The service was exceptional. Marc van der Veen is very experienced and was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the selection process and helping me orient my choices. I’m very happy with my kitchen and can highly recommend them.

We were really happy with the kitchen and the help we got during purchase, but the after sales is really bad. It takes ages before they come to fix something, and when they damage our floor. They will just brush it off with its not noticeable and not their fault. They have not even sent someone to check the damage and decided that it is not noticeable and not their fault. The scratch starts from under the kitchen, and because we were not moved yet at the time, we didn't notice it at first. Therefore too late to let them know about the damage they made, and now they just claimed its not their fault, and if we want to have it fixed, we should pay ourselves. I do not recommend buying a kitchen there if you want good after sales service or you need to check really carefully each time after their visit.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered our kitchen in the Amsterdam showroom in March. It is now September, 26 weeks / half a year after the kitchen was ordered, and we still don't have our kitchen which we paid for in full on the original install day, June 8th, per Tulp's requirements. Our kitchen cabinets arrived on June 8th as scheduled, however, they were the wrong color (brown instead of green) and half our cabinets were broken. It is clear there is no quality control or checks and balances with this company prior to delivery. Tulp left the broken cabinets in our house despite our safety concerns and us asking for them to be removed due to the children and animals present. Tulp assured us the cabinets were left safely, refusing to remove them despite our many requests via phone and email. Unfortunately, these cabinets were not safe and fell, injuring someone. When we informed Tulp of this, they took no responsibility. During all of this, we were told our new cabinets would be expedited and prioritized however, 13 weeks later (longer than it took to build the first round of cabinets) and we still do not have what we paid for. We received an email from Tulp, 2 days before our second round of cabinets were to be installed, informing us that these cabinets were also damaged and therefore further delayed. I'm not sure how kitchen cabinets arrive damaged once, but TWICE is completely unacceptable. Dealing with their "customer service" team has been a complete nightmare as well. It is very difficult to get someone on the phone and you have to send multiple emails to get a response. I am a freelancer and have lost many hours of work dealing with their team. When we asked for suitable compensation for all of the issues, we were told the best they could do was 250 EUR credit (which equates to to less than 1% of of the total cost of the kitchen) and that they were "not obliged" to give us any sort of compensation. Needless to say, if you value your time, quality cabinets and craftsmanship and good customer service, RUN away from Tulp Keukens. There are many other kitchen companies to choose from, and we truly regret our decision to use Tulp.

Tulp has provided me with a beautiful kitchen, which I am very happy with. I used the 'Fenix' material, which is quite special and looks and feels absolutely amazing! The designing proces in store went good. The staff was friendly and thought along with me. In some other stores, I had the feeling that the staff were trying to sell me what they wanted to sell, whereas at Tulp I had the feeling that they were trying to sell me what I wanted to buy. This was very nice and ensured that I ended up with the exact kitchen that I wanted. On the other hand, at some points I got the feeling that the choice was maybe too much up to me? For some choices I would have liked to receive a bit more advice, rather than me looking up the possibilities and choosing. Nevertheless, the experience as a whole was very good. The ordering proces was also good. After I agreed to the first design, there was a measuring at home and then I went back to the store to go through the whole design. I now had also had some time to think about the design and wanted to make some changes. This was all possible and we almost redid the whole design. They were very flexible in this. After we finalised the order, a long wait time (14 weeks) started. As I already received the key to my new house, this was a bit of a bummer to me. Also, in this period I received a call that some of the choices we made in the design were not possible. This was quite unpleasant to me, especially as I got the feeling that all of it was my problem. The guy I spoke to was not at all helpful and did not seem to understand that this was bad news and did not seem to comprehend that this was at first approved by the people in the store. Also, I had to come up with a replacement on the spot, which I did not do. I first needed some time to explore my options (which I did not get any help with). I asked if I could get another appointment in the store to look at my options, which was not possible (actually, it was possible, but then the delivery of my kitchen would be postponed by another 6-8 weeks). I also could not talk to the person who I worked with in the store. This experience reduced my overall score to 4 stars. The final removal, delivery and installation of the kitchen went very well. It took longer than I had anticipated, but I was very happy that they took their time. They treated the materials as they would in their own home and spent time carefully placing each part so that it was perfect. The guy who installed the kitchen (Arné) was very friendly and professional.

Worse Kitchen shop! I design my kitchen with an employee of Tulp. Was really happy with his communication, design and experience. After he left for a new job I got a new contact from Tulp. Many thing gone wrong. Communication, design, price, measurement. They did several mistake and did not accept them even if they are on paper (e.g. work top is 65 cm on paper but they are going to deliver 60 cm). Really unhappy with it. Tried several way to reach out to them - Visited the shop, call, email. The person is never available for a 15000 Euro kitchen! I don't trust them anymore and never refer them to anyone else.
