I would recommend this company ! Mr sales man delivered a beautiful 3D design for our garden and walk path which he and the team fails to make happen. The garden was left unfinished and honestly, the work done was super sloppy. Nothing was level, they worked with wrong materials and it just looked like they didn’t put much effort into it. Even worse, they want more money for fixing their own bad job. Constantly have to spend time stabilizing the situation where on paper isnt what they give.. nothing is matching. Mr sales man isn’t a skilled designer cuz nothing is aligned with our garden.. whenever I tell him what I want .. he force his on wants— this is the problem and it’s proof what’s happening We had to point out a bunch of mistakes ourselves. The work done looks like a mess, not like a finished garden. You can’t just cover it up with some flowers and call it good. It was a bad job, plain and simple definitely not worth paying extra for.. It’s taking them 1 month, as of today 22 of July, and we have to deal with chasing Mr sales man to let us know when the workers coming. He mentions they would come on such and such days but the workers never shows up . Monday we heard nothing from the company and today , Mr sales man wants to inform us on today the same day the workers are coming which is very unprofessional and inconvenient Mr sales man and tuingemak are manipulating the outcomes of this situation - from the invoice to the work — Look at this for yourself ..

We had our garden fence done by them. Agreements were not kept. Quality of work is extremely poor. garden fence poles are messed up , there are a lot of misalignment, fences are not straight, poles are not straight, fence door is not straight. fences and door and poles are in multiple direction. they did not pay attention to basics. I would recommend NOT to work with this company.

Work has to start today, It will go on for 4 days, I keep updating the rating based on the work they are doing every day or end of the work. For now I see there is communication problem and did not arrive on time. Update: Work was done on agreed time The workers made the things neatly, they were friendly and were listening to requirements well and executed as said. At the end they refunded the amount for the excess amount. With this I upgraded my rating. Still I see some communication gap between customer and company and workers. So holding one star, otherwise everything went well.
