In October 2022, we contacted Michel van Kammen through the gardener to have a design made for our garden renovation. At the very first meeting, we immediately stated that the design had to be ready by January/February. Michel said this was no problem at all. We contacted him again in December and January to discuss the progress; the deadline had been slightly postponed, but everything would be ready by February. In mid-February, we received the first design, which we didn't agree with. Three weeks later, we received the second design, by which time work had already begun on the garden. Michel was impossible to reach by phone, resulting in us being left with a half-finished garden design. At that point, we decided with the gardener to do the cladding schedule and arrange the paving ourselves. After several messages from Michel, we were never able to reach him by phone again, nor was we able to call the company. We did receive an invoice for the amount agreed upon in October. After ignoring the invoice with an explanation, we received an envelope from the bailiff. It's a shame that we haven't been able to reach Michel by phone again so far. We were pleased with the garden design itself, but the communication and handling were very disappointing.

We partnered with this company based on a beautiful design; We ordered plants and had them partially planted; The execution was poor due to excessive time pressure and the limited expertise of the employees (they were supposed to complete the work in 1.5 days, while the actual work required at least 2.5 days). In addition, some of the delivered plants were of inferior quality, including poor root development and dried-out roots, and potted plants with excessive grass/weeds that were impossible to remove. This is not ideal for positioning currant bushes in a border, for example. The warranty regarding the loss, after several reminders, was unannounced and only partially fulfilled. Subsequently, we were reminded several times that several matters still needed to be addressed, which received little or no response. Slow or no response was common. Finally, almost two years later, another list was submitted, accompanied by a ridiculous price offer and an explanation that the warranty had expired and the problem was grounded. They didn't even bother to look into the situation themselves. Resume: poor quality and no aftercare/service. In addition to the value of the plan, we're talking about an invoice value of €13,500. We will, of course, no longer do business with this company!
