At the start of our bathroom renovation, we found it difficult to choose an affordable and reliable installer. After contacting several people, we chose TSA. From our first contact with Kerem, we were confident of a positive outcome. He is open, collaborative, communicative, and easy to work with. The fact that he runs a local family business also appealed to us as locals. The first day began with an introduction to Hamza. He was our permanent contractor from start to finish, sometimes working with one or two other colleagues. Our interaction with Hamza was also very pleasant. Whenever we had to deviate from the design or improvise due to circumstances, everything was handled in consultation. The knowledge, expertise, and advice of both Kerem and Hamza were a great way to achieve a beautiful end result. And what a result it is! The photos speak for themselves. We did have a problem with the delivery of our bathroom fixtures, but they handled that very flexibly. Kerem was also well-informed about the progress. He stopped by almost every day, or even called, to discuss the work completed and planned. If needed in the future, we will definitely contact these hardworking men again. Thanks!
