I called about a leak. That same afternoon, he (Erwin van Schoonderwald) came to take a look and inspect the roof (it was worn out – as I expected, as the flat roof was over 25 years old). Late that evening, I received a quote for the repair. The price was about the same as a competitor's. After accepting the quote, I made an appointment. On the agreed-upon day and time, Erwin and his assistant arrived at my door. Everything was neatly finished and cleaned up afterward. That same evening, I received a warranty certificate (10 years). Expert, friendly, and fast. I am satisfied with Trudodak and can recommend the company. PS: I waited three months to write this review to ensure there wouldn't be any leaks.

I had a leaking kitchen roof. I contacted Trudodak and scheduled an appointment. The technician didn't show up for the appointment. I called again and scheduled an appointment for two days later. The repairman arrived and didn't have his own ladder. He borrowed mine. After an hour of work, he asked to be paid in cash (no invoice). A few weeks later, it rained, and the roof leaked even more. I called Trudodak, and they told me to use a different company because they were too busy. This company is very unprofessional.
