Excellent work delivered. The old boiler broke down, a new one was installed—the same model I already had, so it was installed quite quickly. Arrived right on time and was easy to reach. The boiler receives proper annual maintenance.

Had a boiler installed by this company in 2012. In 2015, the 3-way valve needed replacing. In 2017, problems with this valve returned. In 2019, I tried to schedule a service appointment via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Messages were read but not responded to. I had maintenance performed and signed a contract with another company. In October 2020, I had problems with the 3-way valve again. The technician couldn't remove the valve because it had been installed incorrectly and parts had already broken off. Ultimately, I was able to replace the 3-way valve. It finally dawned on me why the company wouldn't schedule a service appointment. In short, a terrible installer with whom you can't make appointments.

The company's description in one word: unreachable. They identified a problem and then haven't heard from them for 10 weeks. I finally managed to reach them, only to be told, "It's difficult, it's difficult, the part is unavailable." I called, and two days later, the part arrived. I'll find another plumber to install it.
