Last week, Tony and his colleague installed three Mitsubishi units. We discussed our needs beforehand, and he provided helpful suggestions. The quote was clear and there were no hidden costs. No waiting for months for installation. On installation day, everything went very smoothly. The men cleaned up neatly afterward, and the units work perfectly. We also have Tony handle the maintenance. Trifera is highly recommended.

After a disappointing experience with another company, we ended up with Tony, and we're so glad we did. They went over everything we wanted and where we wanted it beforehand, and what's also really nice is that these technicians work on weekends. Yesterday (Sunday), air conditioning was installed in the living room and bedroom. The technicians work neatly, are friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. Even if there's a problem, they try to solve it immediately. Absolutely recommended.
