Very satisfied. From the first conversation to the installation and maintenance, we're incredibly satisfied. We were quite nervous about having this installed beforehand, as neither of us can see. That's precisely why it was so helpful that everything was explained calmly and clearly from the start. We knew exactly what would happen, and that gave us a lot of confidence. The quote also clearly described everything, which we found very helpful. We actually found it a plus that a different company was brought in for certain tasks. This way, everyone had their own expertise. Jeroen, who carried out the drilling work, even kindly suggested we take a walk. We didn't, but we did go outside because the noise was quite loud. Ultimately, we're incredibly happy with the end result and enjoy the air conditioning every day. We would definitely recommend this company to colleagues and others. Reinier and his colleagues are very professional and service-oriented. The consultation with Reinier was very pleasant; it was clear he has a lot of expertise. Less than a week later, the air conditioning unit was installed. Drilling the hole for the outdoor unit proved rather challenging due to the reinforced concrete. However, after this was completed around 5:00 PM (having started at 9:00 AM!), they took their time to complete everything and inform us about the air conditioning's operation. Thanks, guys! We are very happy with the result. A family business truly adds value.
