We can highly recommend Total Fix without any reservations. Jasper and his team completely renovated our bathroom and also installed a new dormer window. All work was carried out professionally, reliably, and to our full satisfaction. What stood out in particular was Jasper’s excellent communication. Both minor and major issues were discussed immediately, and practical, well-thought-out solutions were always proposed. Throughout the entire project, we felt well informed and in very good hands. We are very happy with the final result and will definitely rely on Jasper and Total Fix again in the future. Absolute recommendation!

My husband and I contacted Total Fix to get a quote for a renovation. They arranged a time and said they’ll come over to view the house and prepare a quotation. What they actually did, was palm off the job to another company - a colleague of theirs who had started a new construction company. Without telling us! So the men who showed up were not Total Fix at all and we had no idea. They gave us a quote, and I found it strange that their business name was different, but I figured that a lot of companies have umbrella companies/different names. We only found out much later, after accepting the job and well into the renovation that we were actually working with a completely different company, a new company who had no reviews online. We picked Total Fix based on the reviews, so it was scary to be trusting a brand new company but at that point we had no choice but to continue. You hear horror stories about construction companies, so picking a safe company was our no 1 concern, a company who has an online presence where they can be held accountable by their customers. A year later, we have many unresolved problems. All the plumbing and wiring done was a mess. Our dakkapel is splintering and rotting. None of our plugs are earthed. Yes, at first the company tried to resolve some of these issues. And by “tried” I mean it was a full time job trying to stay friendly with them and beg for the issues to be fixed. It took an extreme amount of energy. One of the issues got fixed but the rest not. Anyway, I have to say I am completely shocked that Total Fix can act this way. If you are too busy to accept a job, tell your client. It’s really not ok to act like this, and you are part of the problem. My husband also called Total Fix and informed them about this - they did not apologise or act sorry about it in any way.

I emigrated to Zandvoort end of the summer 2021 and was dependent on a company that can completely renovate my new apartment in one shot. Because the apartment has not been renovated for decades! said and done! I found this one here in zandvoort . the company is warmly recommended, they worked very well and precisely! The results far exceeded my expectations and the craftsmen were friendly and always available! thank you all for building such a beautiful home for me! Best regards, Andy Leonard
