We requested a quote from your company for a fencing project a few months ago. To date, despite several email reminders, we have unfortunately not received a single response. We would have expected timely feedback from a company of your size and professionalism. ---Thank you for checking. I used "we" because my husband sent the emails on behalf of both of us. If you'd like to double-check: one email is dated August 4, 2025, and the other two are dated August 21, 2025, and October 11, 2025. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to any of these emails.

Good and fast service despite the busy nature of this industry. Not the cheapest, but also not the most expensive. Excellent communication with sales and planning, who were helpful in finding solutions. They were also flexible in adapting the concept due to force majeure (municipal regulations). One area for improvement is the accountant sending reminders instead of responding to emails outlining the agreed-upon changes.
