Guys installed a new CV Boiler very quickly and they remained very patient during the process despite me being a problematic customer (they had to come 4 times because other renovation work interfered with installation) They came within 10 days when other installation companies gave me a quote for next year only. Pricing is reasonable. Every mechanic who came to the house was speaking perfect English and cleaned up after themselves. They also paid extra attention to not damage the covering when they removed the previous CV Boiler.

At the end of 2024, we received a quote from Totaalwarmte for a new Vaillant central heating boiler. After agreeing to the quote, the boiler could be installed within a few weeks. Both the communication and the installation went very smoothly and pleasantly. Very satisfied!

They took over the maintenance contracts from CV Techniek, with which they had a dispute. That was years ago. Recently, they came by for 5 minutes on their own initiative to do something on the high-efficiency boiler, but it wasn't maintenance!!!! It cost me €115. That was a year ago and the only time. I never heard from them again... A money-grabbing scheme...

Received an email regarding the partnership between CV Techniek Zoetermeer and Totaalwarmte Beheer BV / Totaalwarmte.nl Alphen e.d. Rijn. Scheduled an appointment for regular maintenance. The technician (owner?) arrived at the door and immediately indicated that he would not be performing any maintenance due to the location of the boiler, which is accessible via a staircase and a hatch. I understand that this isn't an ideal location, but I had an agreement with CV Techniek that they would perform the maintenance. The boiler was also installed by CV Techniek. I explained that this was the agreement with CV Techniek. The technician stated that they were not CV Techniek, hadn't taken over the clients (???), and that the agreement didn't apply. I explained that I had made the appointment through the partnership and that the agreement was valid because they use CV Techniek's customer base from within the partnership. He didn't care and left. I really don't think this is acceptable; this is no way to treat customers!
