I often read the same problem, which I (we) also experienced. Months after the initial conversation, still no quote. Finally, we called, and it turned out that an earlier email from us hadn't arrived (even though the files had been downloaded via weTransfer). Then, a brief exchange of emails (including clear disappointment that we had already had a small, separate part of the work done) with the promise of a quote. After the annoying email, again, no response, which was almost three months ago. Very annoying. You're looking for a contractor who's committed. Perhaps they're very busy, which is completely understandable, but if they say "no, unfortunately, we don't have time," we wouldn't have waited so long. Furthermore, I hope they take these reviews seriously; it's a shame for your company's reputation, especially considering the striking experiences of others.

We had our chimney renovation on the roof carried out by TBM. Besides the fact that everything was carried out satisfactorily, the communication was pleasant and clear. The quote and the work to be performed were clear, and additional details, including pricing, were also clearly stated. No false expectations were created regarding the time of work, and the final invoice was consistent with the quote. In short, our experience has been absolutely positive.

After advising us to adjust the construction method to make it cheaper, it ended up being much more expensive. We received a hefty bill for correcting a mistake they had made themselves. As construction progressed, we received fewer and fewer email responses, and eventually none at all. We had to act as the project manager ourselves, repeatedly pointing out imperfections and errors during construction. And I could go on.

Great company, I had a roof extension installed. The staff were friendly and professional. They gave a clear quote. They were very proactive. And you can see the quality.
