In January, I spoke with Tim from Totaaladvies about making our semi-detached house more sustainable. We discussed all the options: solar panels (replacement or expansion), heat pump, solar water heaters, and a home battery. We already had air conditioners. After extensive discussions and exploring all the options, we received quotes for new solar panels and a home battery. The heat pump, with its annual consumption of 800m³ (hot water, underfloor heating, and cooking), was put on hold. We'll first see what the solar panels and battery can do and then consider the heat pump later. This is also because air conditioners are available for heating. A definite advantage is that you receive multiple quotes for each component, not one all-in-one price. The prices were also valid for two months. Price increases were not implemented. Tim kept his word. The quote didn't properly include the removal of the solar panels. This was carried out without any additional costs. The cables weren't included by the manufacturer when the batteries were installed. Tim took care of this himself with the supplier. He acts as an intermediary but remains approachable and actively contacts us to monitor progress on both the client and supplier sides. We are truly satisfied with how Tim has supported us. We have learned from Tim, and he has learned from us.
