Useless, tried to contact via email and phone four times no response. Now the property is sold, not sure how its sold as communication is impossible. This house potentially missed out on a higher bid due to vast amounts of incompetence. The "so called" Top Makelaars

I've had excellent experiences with Top Makelaar Curaçao before; they provided fantastic support. When I wanted to move to Maastricht, I contacted Top Makelaar in Maastricht. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment: communication was always indirect and vague, the contract was riddled with sloppy spelling errors, they were routinely late for appointments, the phone was never answered, and callbacks were nonexistent. All in all, a very unprofessional service – absolutely not recommended!

Inge proposed a great strategy for selling my apartment. Twenty viewings were scheduled, and interested parties were given the opportunity to view a second time after the first. The feedback from potential buyers also showed that the second viewing was highly appreciated. Inge communicates well and clearly and leaves nothing to chance. I highly recommend her to my clients.
