The TopCare team (including Ruud, Maick, and Michael) completely renovated our bitumen roof, replaced fascia boards, re-inserted the 115-year-old chimney and applied a new impregnated top layer, and completely replaced/restored a classic gutter, including the casing and decorative blocks. The initial inspection, the quote process, and the work carried out by the team went very smoothly. However, there is one point to be noted: TopCare could be a bit more proactive in scheduling the work. The team works cleanly, and agreements are clear and adhered to. During the work, the team provided us with additional advice and suggested useful adjustments. This is helpful and demonstrates TopCare's commitment to delivering a job well done. As a homeowners' association, we are extremely satisfied with the work performed.

I had my shed roof replaced and Topcare came quickly and did an excellent job, cleaning up neatly afterwards. It was a price, but worth the money.

Topcare Dakonderhoud replaced the Trespa panels at our place. The old panels were peeling and have been replaced with colored Trespa panels. The men completed the job quickly and skillfully. We are extremely happy with the result. Thank you.

Topcare did an excellent job for us. We had run out of roof tiles, and after our inquiry via the internet, they were at our door within a few days. A quick quote; the tiles turned out to be in stock, and they could come two weeks later. Always exactly as agreed; you can count on these men. Consultation where necessary, and otherwise just working efficiently. The tiled roof was actually installed in just 2 days. But all the other small jobs (replacing fascia boards, patching the small flat roof) were also done quickly and in good consultation. Everything was left tidy. I am truly enthusiastic about Michel and his mates. I would definitely recommend them if you have a roofing job to be done!!

In short: Topcare Roof Maintenance completely met my expectations for the renovation of my dormer window. For those who would like to know more about the process and results, the following: All agreements regarding the inspection and measurements of the job, the time I could expect the quote, and the execution of the work were entirely in line with expectations. I found this very reassuring after two previous experiences with contractors where it took forever for anything to happen (visit, quote). This quote was well-developed and clear. We were able to make good agreements. I felt confident that I knew the process I was embarking on. And that's how it went. The price of the quote was also the price of the invoice, with the difference that a new roof panel was needed (because it turned out to be rotten and had to be replaced). During the work, this rotten roof panel was shown to me and the replacement costs were discussed with me. The work was done neatly and always tidied up. The men (Michel, Rudi, Mike) divided tasks well and worked efficiently and harmoniously. The coffee and dry lunch area in the kitchen were appreciated. Only my dog found it a bit annoying with all the men on the floor ;-) A rotten piece of roof panel accidentally fell through the plasterboard (bathroom ceiling), and it was neatly replaced and painted (along with the other plasterboard). The window frames were neatly repainted. In short, we are now thoroughly enjoying a well-insulated bathroom that looks perfect both inside and out. We feel the added value in terms of comfort. I can confidently and wholeheartedly recommend Topcare Roof Maintenance to you.
