Ton was incredibly helpful in selling our house. He's knowledgeable about the market and gave us sound advice. Our house sold within a week for a great price. Communication was quick and direct; during each viewing, we received a daily summary of the day, including his expectations. This gave us peace of mind and confidence. A viewing was scheduled, appointment confirmation received, and all the information about the house was emailed to me. However, no staff member was available at the property. After calling, they said the appointment wasn't in their calendar, but that happens. A new viewing appointment was made for the following week. The evening of the original viewing, I received a phone call to say the house had been sold. As compensation, I received a discount on an appraisal report.
