You make an appointment for a quarter to eight and call them after half an hour. The technician arrives; he had to pick up some things from the office. Over an hour late!!! They don't make an appointment for nothing because of other commitments. When the technician arrived, he acted like nothing was wrong. Something about saying he's late and I have other appointments, "Oh, you have to go to the dentist." A very strange way to act. For me, it's a matter of appointments. Otherwise, you call and say sorry, I'm late. This is so frustrating and completely rude.

Horrible company when it comes to appointments! After waiting three months for a response, I finally made an appointment, but they never showed up, so I waited again and made a new appointment. Hopefully, they'll show up in a month! Fingers crossed.

For the third time, the technician hasn't shown up for a boiler maintenance appointment. Once again, I unnecessarily stayed home all morning and took time off work. Previous excuses proved worthless. They clearly don't have their act together.
