Simply put, a fantastic company! I had bought window frames from another large, well-regarded supplier, but twice I received ugly and poorly finished frames with shoddy corner welds. Then I ended up at TK, which is nowhere near my location. I spoke with several employees, including the director himself, and they were all very friendly. They are proactive, flexible, and understanding. I received beautiful, well-finished window frames with meticulous attention to detail and finish. They really spend time on the product, and you can tell they don't settle for a 7. The delivery time wasn't drastically long. I installed the window frames myself. Upon delivery, I received a box with enough glass blocks, frame screws, and screw caps. Anchors were also included if you want to use them. By scanning a QR code on the box, you get instructions for installing the window frames and glass. This company also helps you after delivery, unlike most companies that don't show up after payment, fob you off, or charge for the smallest things. They are flexible, cooperative, and always try to help, even some time after delivery. They offer excellent aftercare for customers and products. You can always call them with questions about operation, installation, maintenance, etc. I accidentally damaged something, and I received free materials and a tool to fix it. Simply put, that's fantastic! They're not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive either, but it's definitely worth it, especially considering the product they provide, the aftercare, how you're treated, and how you receive help and support. They go above and beyond simply delivering and/or installing a product.
