Ariën Grupstra from Ened Service removed our partially concrete floor (25m²), including rubble and a large amount of yellow sand underneath, in preparation for a new concrete floor. He dismantled the kitchen, removed the underfloor heating, dismantled the ceiling, and chipped away the kitchen screed. And all that in two days! A real winner for us! Ened came, saw, and conquered! It was a complicated job: removing a staircase, installing a new one, and preparing the hallway for a home elevator. This involved a lot of measuring, often down to millimeters, connecting a telephone, removing a convector heater, connecting a radiator, preparing the mezzanine floor, laying marble tiles, and so on. It required extensive expertise and the use of up-to-date machinery and materials. Arien and his colleague Nelou had it all covered, and we are very pleased with the final result!
