Normally, I would wait until a company is finished before posting a review. But since that's not happening any time soon, I'm forced to post a review now. They've been repaving a road barely 300 meters long since April 22nd. Something that can easily be done in a WEEK. This company has been working for about TWO MONTHS, and according to the "schedule," it was supposed to take until the end of the year. That's 8 months for a one-week job. Okay, there's a lot going on around the clock. Even that would only cause a delay of a week or two, which would put you at most at a month. As a local resident, you're done with all that misery. And the company obviously doesn't care; they're taking their sweet, sweet time.

Unfortunately, we've had several bad experiences, both during and after construction, which were dramatic. Simple problems couldn't be resolved, and even if you're right, they simply dismiss you. You have to initiate legal proceedings to get your way. I'm not the only one with complaints, from minor to major issues. It's like mopping with the tap running in our case. A leak, which turns out to be an incorrectly installed drain, and Timmerhuis simply says "no, that's not possible" without even looking. Insurance won't cover the damage because it's a construction defect, and I'm left with a huge consequential loss. Be warned.
