Administrative issues are incomplete, and the customer's request to identify the supplier of a part is rejected. A minor issue that escalated into something more serious: the mailbox broke, which was attached to a door that was supplied to a housing development two years ago. The customer asks who the mailbox supplier is, in order to obtain a suitable replacement. Kievitkozijnen indicates they don't know who the mailbox supplier is. Either Kievitkozijnen's administrative issues are incomplete. Or Kievitkozijnen has a shady supplier who is selling illegally. Meanwhile

Incredibly friendly people, happy with the window frames. After installation, I had a minor issue that was quickly and efficiently repaired under warranty. Great company!

All windows are drafty, nothing is properly aligned, the dimensions are incorrect, and the after-sales service is very poor. They tried to supply MDF instead of hardwood. Not recommended.
