They promised they could do our renovation, but we had to provide the drawings first. We told them this might take a while, and that was no problem. The renovation period was also agreed upon by phone. Everything seemed great. Until seven weeks later, we were suddenly told: "Given the lack of information yet, the timeframe for completion, and the work we have in our portfolio, we are canceling this." So, uh... Thanks!
