Initially, I received nice windows for the garage, and they were the only company who could fix them on short notice. Unfortunately, the hinge notches weren't properly aligned, meaning the windows didn't fit. I went by with the windows, and it seemed like the problem would be resolved. Remco was supposed to come on a Wednesday evening, but he did mention there would be a charge. I found that odd, because whoever makes the mistake fixes it. Remco never showed up and hasn't contacted me since. I didn't expect this, considering the good reviews. In short, the windows don't fit, and we're stuck with the consequences. We paid 100% and have no luck with the windows.

While I was working, I discovered that the sill of the window frame I was renovating was completely rotten. So I needed a new sill, and as quickly as possible. I asked Visser carpentry if they could make a new sill for me and if they could do it on short notice. They said they would do their best and let me know when it was ready. Two hours later, I received a call that it was ready. What a fantastic company they are; they always help me out in these kinds of situations. I give them a big 10.
