In August, I contacted them for window repair after a break-in. The emergency repair was done quickly, but afterward, the company was incredibly difficult to reach. I had to keep calling them myself to ask for updates (even though they promised to call me back). They weren't exactly customer-friendly on the phone either. Finally, the window was supposed to be repaired last week (December). Still, I heard nothing. I called on Friday and was promised they'd call back that day for an appointment. You guessed it: no call. I've since found another company that can repair the window that same week. Blankers, you don't have to come back.
